400,000 dji drones

Hey guys !!
Read the magazine article InspiredOne posted today..
Are you surprised dji has sold 400 thousand drones??
That blows my mind to think that there's that many out there ..
Also makes me think that they are way more reliable than we give them credit for..
Was glad to hear that one of Frank Wang's goals is to raise the level of quality of his products..
Looks like dji has some serious competition from 3dr..
It will be interesting to see if 3dr can catch up to dji and how that will effect the UAV market ..
If you haven't read the article I suggest reading it..
I found it to be very interesting..

yeah but based on the forums sounds like more than 1/2 of them are at the DJI repair shop.

What's .25 percent ×400000??
I bet that's close to the number being repaired..

And 100,000 have crashed them and don't know or can't be bothered to repair them.
20,000 have had FlyAway's back to China
80,000 have bricked their AC doing firmware updates.
10,000 have lost their remotes
10,000 have lost their chargers
50,000 have had them taken away by their wife/gf
30,000 are bored and have moved onto something else
10,000 got delivered to the wrong address
15,000 are waiting for props.
25,000 got one for christmas but are too scared to fly them
20,000 clicked add to basket by accident
25,000 ordered one but sent it back because it was the wrong size
4,500 can't fly them because the don't know how to update the firmware
470 didn't buy them but were given them by DJI for evaluation
16 of them are an inventory mistakes by DJI and the stock numbers are wrong
That leaves 14.

So there you are, there are 14 drones out there.....400,000 pah.
It's 14 I tell you.
