Looked around, hadn’t found any info...
Can use paired TB50 batteries between the Inspire 2 and Matrice M210?
With new FW separate for each platform, was curious if I needed to keep my inventory of TB50 separate for each Bird? Not on problem for unique batteries (TB55 or TB48S) but for inventory of identical batteries, little more to challenge and need to keep more in charge Staus.

Yes the TB50's can be used between the I2 and M210. You will need to do FW updates using the Assistant 2 on the batteries from the I2 to the M210. The M200 series TB 50's are not identical to the I2 TB50's, the M200 series batteries have a sealed LED light system that is easily seen when comparing the batteries.

Had thought would need FW, you’re stating the I2 TB50 needs the M210 FW update but not the other way around if used in I2 ? When using m210 FW, no issues when used in I2 ? Or do I have this backwards?

Wow, Totally learned something new today... didn’t realize 2 different versions of TB50. Although it makes sense with the m210’s weather resistance rating.... just thought they were the same. I’ll have to take a look, I’ve kept them stored separately but not examined them in a comparative manor. Thanks!!

If you are going to use the I2 TB50's on the M210 they will all need the M210 FW Update. Please follow all current release notes. The M210 branded TB50's will already have been updated if used on the M210. The I2 TB50's can easily have the same weather resistance by simply applying a quality clear tape over the LED's and on/off button. I am quickly becoming a fan of the Gorilla Brand Transparent Tape.

Hmmm... my TB50 & TB55 don't have a tape film over the LEDs and Button. If that looked like shipping material, the previous Owner(s) (purchased tb55 from 2 prev Owners) may have removed. But easy enough to add as you've indicated.

My Bad... closer look I see what you mean. Yes, they are sealed. Was thinking more tape look, these are like a top cover more part of the casing

For my clarification, both I2 and M210 TB50's have same internals... same heater built in or is M210 a different heater?
