I have 7 batteries and each one has indentations in each one, some are worse than others. I can not figure out "WHY". I use the DJI Inspire supplied case when I transport I1 and batteries. They have never been dropped and I use the smart power charger and the DJI charging hub. This picture is the one that looks the worse to show the creases. Has anyone ever seen this before?

I look forward to an answer

In the first photo the writing on the battery also looks scuffed or rubbed off. They definitely look like something has been pressed up against them. I'm guessing you have checked the battery holding spots in your case as well as the bays of your smart power charger and even the battery compartment of the Inspire 1 for anything out of the ordinary?

Each battery has the indentation in the same area and some on both sides, but why in the same spot? The only thing I can think of is when I had them shipped, but they were in lipo bags with lots of packing. That was 8 months ago and I am just now noticing them. I will go over each again in and out of the case.

I have 14 TB47s all of which have only ever been either in the I1, on charge on a bench or stored in a MRaxesories hards case in foam. They all have several very small dents in the thin sidewall plastic. I have also wondered how these dents have been created.

My only thought is that maybe they occurred in flight by debris being hurled at them in the down draft from the props? Having said that I always avoid flight in dusty areas ....
