Mount it as far forward as you can. I may even try on top so I can get it further forward but don't want to block the gps .

Damon seems to think the TP 2700's will be the best as they weigh 357g for one model . He flys a x3 so his times are better then my x5.

Damon reported he go 28min with2650 nano tech with x3.

I got 24-25 min with a single 5200 multistar on x5
I got only 20 min on two 2800 on x5

Until Damon tries the 2700 TP on his x3 or I try 2650 on x5 were comparing apples to oranges

if i get 24-25 mins that will be great

the mod is for videoing firework displays that are normally 18-19mins or less

Any updates on tested batteries? At 118.00 each the thunder powers are on the high end and I'm curious if they will be better then the 2800's I tested?

As I said before, on my x5 they didn't perform well 21 min however I have reworked my main battery wiring to use the 400 strand 12 gauge wire and eliminate the parallel cord. This should lower resistance .

No the eBay seller never sent them. I cancelled and fined a dispute. Got my money back.

I also directed a Dji battery to see exactly what's in it if anyone wants to know

You could also just add a second harness out the other side

Yup thats what I did sort of but rather then run it through the circuit board I wired it to the dji battery cells before the board
