Appears you are charging the main battery with the auxillary battery(s) and you are looking for a voltage regulator.
And the auxillary battery picture you posted seem to have a 5 and 8 balancer cable.

Are any of you analyzing your battery data out of the Dat logs using DatFile.net/downloads as converter?

I think that i understood Damon's idea, it‘s simple but clever. He try to find a source of a rely big capacity, connect it to a restrictor or a kind of regulator in series, and then to the TBx. This regulator will restrict the carrent comes from the large capacity batt to the right values that fit the carrent and resistant of the TBs batt. In this way we have an enormous carrent quantity that charging and charging and.... and we brake the flight time limits. now, we have to find this enormous batt with a minimal weight, i think that Damon is on the way to find it. good luck Damon we are all with your effort.

Just finished another flight test with my 5550mah battery. 100% throttle almost the whole time, made it 30,153 FT one way, total flight distance 75,160 FT, 24:28 flight time, with a light crosswind. My auxiliary battery had 7% left at the end and TB48 had 9%, I was thinking of having a 7400mah lipo built. My 5550mah weighs 702g a 7400mah would weigh about 940g, I'm not sure what extending the TB48 battery will do as the auxiliary batteries seem to discharge at an equal rate, maybe once you get over the capacity of the TB48 it will be needed, has anyone tried an auxiliary battery larger than the TB48 and tested what's left in the auxiliary? Also does anyone know what weight of auxiliary battery is the limit were the benefit of extra capacity is negated?

Just a suggestion: add a lipo warner to your auxiliary battery on the 1st flights until you have a good feeling about the discharge rates...

Just a quick update on the idea to defeat the capacity limit of the DJI battery: I think I now have all the pieces in place and just need some time to flight test. Hopefully Sat I'll know whether the approach I'm taking will pay off in extra flight time or be a complete dud.

This battery is 7000mah and weights 797g that would be a good experiment to do
