broken antenna in my remote control Inspire 2

One of the antennas of the remote control broke and I was wondering where I can order the replacement or since I am going to change it, is it worth trying a different antenna that can enlarge improve the signal and the range?
I am from Costa Rica but I can order them and have them deliver in USA.
