C1 remote for alternative device

I have a C1 remote because I have a Matrice 100. I'm interested in building a non-flying remotely-controlled device that can send live video back. It seems to me that since I already have the C1 remote, I have half of what I need. What can I buy from DJI or elsewhere that would let me interface with the C1 both for remote-control and for live video (lightbridge)?
