Camera points down during Imu error calibration

First time trouble with my bird.
Trying to do Imu and it starts and says temperature overheat and try again.
Also have a notice saying gimbal isn't connecting properly but I still cannot pan or tilt but can adjust iris.
The camera seems to shake every two seconds briefly then stops. Never seen this before.
As soon as I try to start Imu, the camera points down and I can't move it.
I've tried shutting down and waiting.
Rebooting etc. I have all the latest software installed.
Would have to happen today as I wanted to get some Fall colours as this is my only day as rain is forecast the rest of the week!

Had it fixed my my tech guy in Toronto.
Saved me from having to ship it out to California and be without it for a month.
The problem I was getting was " Outside of temperature range. Please restart in 5 minutes."
I was under the impression the flight controller was overheating but actually it was too cold.
He warmed it up with a hair dryer and problem solved.
