Can't attach x5S to I2

I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. I line up the red with white dots but it just won't lock in place? Has anyone else dealt with this?

Tip the front of the Inspire up and look at the contact that connects with the camera/gimbal contacts. Sometimes the contacts on the X5S mount will turn slightly of center preventing the X5S from mating properly. If that is the issue you can depress the lock button on back of the camera and rotate the contacts to match the gimbal.

Thank you, when lining up the white with the red it doesn't match at all. I'm unable to find an unlock button which would allow me to move either the gimbal connector or the gimbal itself.

That worked, thank you. I didn't know the connection could move! Not much in the manual on that!
