Controller charging

hello all , I have a small problem that is the controller doesn't appear to be charging, does the controller unit need to be switched on whilst charging ?. Charger must be ok as its charged the main inspire battery.

It will change while powered on or powered off. I believe the manual recommends charging while powered off.

Not charging? Make sure the power plug is pushed ALL the way into the charging port on the controller. It goes in farther than you may think.

Thanks for that as its done it ,yes your right the plug needs a good push !

I found the plug meets some resistance prior to being fully seated. I had to give the plug a little more push to get the proper connection.
