Have you tried to customise the buttons with another device, android or iOS?

Yes, I can customise and reset all (customisable) buttons with an iPad Mini 5 attached to the Cendence Remote. It would appear that the problem is with my crystal sky monitor. I have not tried yet with another android device but that is a good suggestion. Thank you very much

That is interesting. Did you update the DJI Go 4 App to Version 4.3.62 with the Crystal Sky Monitor connected to the aircraft? When I check for DJI Go 4 updates in the setting menu it displays version of DJI Go 4 v4.3.60 “Latest version now”. May I ask what version of firmware you have on the Crystal Sky. I have Version V03.00.03.00. Are you in the USA where they are perhaps permitting an update in DJI Go 4 to enable RemoteID? I am very grateful to you for your suggestions.

Checking closer, I discovered that version is in the queue but not able to be installed. I actually have the same version installed as you.

Even though the controller sends a message that the change was not made, looking at the mapping diagram, it shows the desired change.

I can sometimes change a button label despite the “failed to change settings, pleased try later” message. Even though the label has been changed, however, the button is non functional. Thanks for your suggestion.
