Hi there. i've been having this MAJOR problem for a few weeks and thought this was just another phantom unexplicable one of many dji's problem. And just came to know the issue yesterday.
I'm using a Inspire 2 with x5s, Original RC with Ipad for the Pilot and Cendence with Crystal Sky for the Cam. Op.
The CS and Cendence has become a total problem...once the original conector broke inside the RC because its rotation to ajust the view for the camera operator (had to start using a USB cable from the RC to Crystal Sky USB-C. The RC loses signal if you go more than 10 steps away from the pilot and the crystal sky as everyone knows crashes every 2 minutes AND some another issues.
Now i'm facing a bigger problem that is putting my job and the job of others in place because of this:
_When the Cendence loses signal and comeback it changes the LUT of the SSD...i was recording in 4444XQ DLog, and when this happens (loses signal between Cam. Op. and the pilot or the app from the pilot is closed) The Exposure Index (EI Mode) is turned off and everything that i'm going to record is going to be with a normal/standard color mode.
Here comes the tricky part: When this happens and you take a look at the top configuration on the Ipad of the pilot or on Crystal Sky screen, the image is showing that is on a 4444XQ "NORMAL"... And the Exposure Index is on and in the image shows a Dlog Image and inside the configuration when you touch it to open the menu, still shows that the image is ON DLOG!!
So how am i supposed to know that the color of the footage is changing? I've checked a big number of times, even recorded on my phone this happening. What is going on with this?
Here is the link for the two videos that i made (i'm brazilian so i'm speaking portuguese on the videos.) Anyone with the link can see the videos.
