Crystal Sky Update Fail V02.04.06.00

Received a message on my CS to update to a new version this morning.

When I try to update I get an error message saying

Upload Package Broken.. Download Again?

I did a full factory reset and still get this error.. I have the 7.5 Ultra
 
Yes, we experienced this issue all day on all CS units that were being updated and prepped for systems. DJI is aware. Try the update again tomorrow most likely.
 
DJI fixed it. As of Dec 15, 2017 at around 05:00 UTC i was able to download and install the CS update.

I had that last week. Found it was my SonicWALL blocking something in the package. When I disabled it, the download worked. Then turned it back on.

Same with this release, failed at 7%. I disabled the SonicWALL Gateway Antivirus and it downloaded.

Had the same problem so kept trying over the next day. Suddenly it worked and I down loaded the update. Never had an update work first attempt.

My issue was a quick fix when I disconnected my crystal sky from my Cendence controller. To do the update the crystal sky must stand alone and not connected to any controller.
The c connector and usb connector will only work when only one is in use.
