Yes, we experienced this issue all day on all CS units that were being updated and prepped for systems. DJI is aware. Try the update again tomorrow most likely.

My issue was a quick fix when I disconnected my crystal sky from my Cendence controller. To do the update the crystal sky must stand alone and not connected to any controller.
The c connector and usb connector will only work when only one is in use.
