Has anyone noticed that the different apps show different NFZS? In other words I look at Drone Buddy and Hover and they have different NFZS. In addition, Drone Buddy more closely matches DJI no fly zones. Not sure what is happening and which one is right?

You are in a no-fly zone... today, yesterday you weren't. | Page 4 | DJI Inspire Forum

The simple answer is none of them. They are all self imposed meaningless areas.
The only true way to determine whether you can/should fly somewhere is with a flight chart (paper) or a site such as skyvector (internet based) or an app like skydemon.
The other thing to bear in mind is that YOU are responsible for deciding whether it is safe to fly or not. Not some software restriction or No Fly app. You and only you are the responsible party.
