Dji inspire 1 tb48 battery

Is my battery toast ? #1 green led blinks and shuts off . Charger hooked up led blinks and shuts off. Multimeter shows 25v . Board toast ? Now swelling of cells. I’m assuming it’s junk . It’s my only battery so was hoping to salvage it. I’m new to these drones any help is appreciated. Also does anyone one have some batteries for sale

Also when I have the balance lead connected to the board the board start to heat up in the middle area. I’ve left it unhooked and have it in a lipo bag outside . Is there a way to get a new board ?

I just had a P4 battery exploded while doing the direct connection trick.

I got rid of the battery. Was able to get a decent deal on a couple batteries on eBay from a reliable seller. Drone is back in operation.
