I don't want to appear too careful, but I would like to confirm what I believe you are saying. The image below is of my mounting plates without my current 1345T Quick-Release Propellers etc in place

I am tempted to order the carbon fiber props from TMotor (14x4.8 for aerial photography, or 13x4.4 for agility/sport/R&D) you mentioned above. I will then need 4 alloy plates from Lynh Phan. I then simply attached the props to the alloy plates with the screws provided and hand tighten these onto the threaded bolts as per my image above. Plumber's tape for extra security.
