The Drone Professionals is a registered business with elements for sale including: branding, marketing collateral and some equipment.

This business has been set up to be extremely professional, with quality advisors and experts used. Unfortunately, personal circumstances have meant a change in lifestyle so hence the sale.

· “1300 Pro Drones” Phone Number – we have leased this number. It was very hard to get this number so we have been paying to keep it open for purchase (approx. $110 per month)

· UOC Submission Manual (paid $1,650 + alterations)

· Sub-contracting agreement (paid $2,000, written by lawyers)

· Contacts/advice – we are happy to provide a list of contacts we have as 12 months of work was put into setting up this business. We have a diverse range of experts available which can be a minefield to find. We are also happy to provide 2 hours of advice on the business setup etc upon purchase.

So your first post on here and you are 'selling a business' at a bargain?
How about giving the name of the current business (and company number) so that individuals interested can look up current turnover/profits/liabilities together with current directors or owners?
You say "One of the Owners is an HR consultant". If that is the case why are they not taking up ownership of the company and continuing?
You also state you are selling 'certain parts' of your business - which parts are you retaining? Are you saying any perspective buyer wouldn't get full ownership?

Why does ostensibly an operations manual cost AUD$1,650? - most operators write their own and it costs nothing (mine is 48 pages and cost me the price of some cups of coffee and a few late evenings)

Regarding your '12 month contacts' - are these confirmed bookings or just 'people or companies you know'?

I have a few questions:

Can you explain how you tested your name and brand to be "premium"?
What currency are you quoting the things above? I would like to know which Pelican case costs $900.
How many straps for the controller are you including? I noticed it is plural but is it just 2 or closer to 50,000 straps?
How many is "a few" memory cards and what brand and size?
