FAA Waiver for flying within 2000' of utility wires.

I saw this requirement on a recent job and have no idea what it means, if there is even such a thing? I thought after a 333 and a Part 107 cert. I was aware of every waiver possible. Any idea?

I got the same job offer. I have no idea what he is talking about. I've inspected power stations, high voltage wires, cell towers, etc. Never heard of such a waiver. I asked him if he had a link or documentation showing a waiver but never heard back.

Seems rather odd as most of the addresses of the job sites are not recognized by GoogleEarth.

Mine was for a site in Southern Colorado. I know the station he was talking about, its near a wind farm I've inspected outside Walsenburg, CO but his link location was about 7 miles off. Could be legit, but could also be someone trolling to see what we charge. I never heard back from him.
