I just got my Inspire 1, did the firmware update, thought it was OK and now cannot connect my RC's. RC's are updated and will not connect to the AC. Here is my log file from last attempted firmware update. It looks like it failed on one of the required updates? File is also attached to the thread. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide!

Just got off the phone today with DJI. No answers other than try it again and then approach the dealer about an exchange.
They don't want to see the log file. 5-6 weeks on RMA repair at DJI. Gonna try a different SD card before we ship it off. Also asked if there was a way to load the old firmware back on the machine and then try the upgrade again. Can't do that either. Interesting... Anyone have any input at all???

Hi Randy,

This issue has been discussed multiple times on the forum.

To be honest there are only a few things you can do differently if a firmware update fails.

I've answered a few threads in the past week with the same issues. There have been step by step instructions given that you can try out and see if it changes anything for you.

I see that you are fairly new to the site so I'll link a few threads but the site search also works.

What I've found is that a different SD Card/USB stick works sometimes.
Re-downloading the firmware file from the website to make sure that it isn't corrupt
Formatting the card or stick to the correct file system.

Those three items are usually as much as you can do to try to get the firmware to install correctly.

Let us know if you are still having issues.

Thanks for the post as this has been really frustrating. I am a pretty experienced geek and electronics technician and I can definitely see that there are a couple of additional things I could do. The log file seems that it could be of some use - otherwise - why write it? I've seen a couple of posts that show log files - so I figured - what the heck - I would post mine. I have lost count of the number of times I have tried this upgrade. So looking forward to getting past this.
