Hello Hao, just giving it a quick look, I would say no. It looks like batteries and used electronic equipment is prohibited from import. I wouldn't want to risk it for you. Sorry!

IMO, you would want PayPal when seller didn't send the item or it is broken when receive or not described correctly in sale post.
