So, last night I was playing around with low light settings with my I2 and X5S in the garage. The I2 was propped half-sideways in the back of the Explorer (wife had a ton of crap in there) and I was getting familiar with tilt and pan, when all of the sudden, I somehow activated the motors and the bird spun up. Now, I had the props removed so it didn't fly away or anything but it was leaned up against the side of the plastic paneling (with now smooth motor sized bare spot....shhh wife doesn't know)

The side of the left rear motor housing was in contact as well as the prop retention clip, the only visible damage was the plastic on side and top of clip. It was rubbed a little but not that much. I can include pick later.

Should I swap this out or should it still be ok?

What's that motto? When in doubt, swap it out??

Swap it out. Prop mounts are cheap, the Inspire 2 is not. I wouldn't take the risk

If anything happens to the bird in the air, you'd never forgive yourself.
