Check this out... my new TB48 battery of 8 charges is melting lol. The ink has been rubbed off it seems. Maybe when I was handling it, my finger(s) may of rubbed the ink a bit. Has anyone else gotten this issue before?

Here are some pictures showing the difference from my new and old batteries. The new is on the left, the old is on the right.

Hallo Kevin,
I have 4 batteries, which are like your left ones. The ink is stable on every one of them.
Regards

This is very serious - I would ground your aircraft.
This will be sorted with the next firmware release.

Where did you bought it? DJI store or a cheap a** ebay dealer?

Lmao I literally burst out in laughter . I know it's just a cosmetic issue with the ink smudging. It's not going to effect the battery obviously. I just wanted to see if anyone else has had this issue It seems to effect the newer TB48 batteries. The old ones I have with no chinese wording on the side, is perfect with no issues. The one with the chinese print, seems to be their new batch of TB48 batteries. Possibly the ink used is cheaper? I don't know. I am contact with DJI. I wonder what they'll say. I gave the serial number to a DJI tech and photographs. They told me to also contact DJI US. Now the waiting begins... lol
