Inspire 1 Killer?

No, but it makes much more sense as a platform for the x5r than the Inspire does.
Some redundancy in the platform is a great idea when you have that much $$ in payload.

Looks to be a good ship.

SRW-60G is not permitted for use on aerial platforms in North America

OK, when I first heard about this and was hearing about weights in the 7+kg range I was puzzled as the M100 is no where near that. But, this isn't just a M100 with 2 more motors this is much more like an S1000 but with 6 motors versus 8.

So a flight time of 35 minutes with an X5R or 15 minutes with a full payload -- color me interested.

Hmm, 6 x TB47s at £160 each = £960 for 35 mins flight time. Great product with the additional redundancy, batteries, motors etc but that is an expensive sortie.

Luis, yes that would be an expensive payload, can't think how big the market will be for sub 6kg payload worth over £30k though?

No worse than a pair of big batteries on other heavy lifters.

I don't see this as an 'inspire killer'. This type of aircraft is overkill for many people. Interesting, for sure.

a red camera can be anything from 10k to 50k + a good lense you can easily carry over 30k a special camera like multispectral or thermal can also easily be over 30k and still be on the 6kg payload range.

Aircraft this capable, flying the X5R is kind of silly.

the six motors are not really a redundancy... i had mine go bad and there was nothing i could do but watching it go down in circles and crash. lucky me no one and nothing was hurt or damaged.

Why every thing come out must be like ( inspire killer ) lol
P4 n p3p also yunnec everyone like to compare with inspire... As for me all drone are good.... The m600 would be the best if money is no problem for me... But I can only afford the inspire... Then I would stick with it :)

with the controllers on the market untill the A3 controlling a fail motor on a hexacopter was up to the pilot, and you need to be a very good pilot for it (think helicopter 3d sport flyers)

the a3 has a spesific fuction to control the AC with the lost of a motor so your point is moot.

The M600 is not an Inspire killer. It's huge. I saw it at NAB. And once you factor in the cost of multiple battery sets, it's much more expensive.

It is competition for the Freefly Alta and other heavy lift solutions. And even in that category, it has some drawbacks that may or may not be an issue for some people. You are limited to DJI's controllers. The LB2 is on the frame, not the gimbal. This means either you snake an HDMI cable between the two (not ideal for free rotation) or use the short range wireless system that isn't approved for use in the US. And you can't get a remote video or control on the Ronin MX when not attached to the frame. And it's a hex which is less resilient than an octo or X8.
