Looking for any advice here. Both batteries of the Inspire 2 just wont come out. Both release mechanism on top depress downwards but the batteries don't budge at all. Does any one know if they can be inserted on the wrong sides to cause this.
Thanks

Anyone else have this problem yet? Battery button stuck, can't load battery, now with the new update that means I can't fly What the hell do I do here?
any ideas on how to fix this little nuisance of mine? Recently my battery eject button is not popping the batteries out like it used to? The mechanism appears to be working fine. There is no damage to the battery rails either. Any thoughts? Has anyone else experienced this?

Inspire 2 has a known issue of Battery2 (starboard side) not releasing. DJI has done the repairs to the release mechanism no charge. Also, swollen batteries can cause sticking.
As mentioned @chriscrumley above, swollen batteries could possibly be the issue. We had a customer the other day with a battery so swollen it was very difficult to get out. Or it could simply be the release mechanism as mentioned above also. I would assume you would of noticed if your battery was swollen before but it is worth looking into!
