iPad mini 4 need help!!

take your inspire with the mini 4 and your other ipad to apple store and they will fix it you can also try one of there demo units and install the app and see if its works ..
not sure where you live and how far your store is but in my case I only live some 20mins away ..I too have a mini 4 with no problems first time also running as a slave with no problems..running 9.2.1

OK, try this. Connect you new iPad with the problem to your remote.
Switch on the remote, let it go through the usual 'Trust' question etc.
Then fire up the app. Now see of you can get into your account/DJI store. The app should sign you in. If it isn't, then try and sign in at that point.
If you are unable to view your details then something strange is going on.
Let me know if that works.
