Issue connecting I1 RC with 2021 iPad Pro

None here. But I was thinking...how about using a lightning-to-usb c adapter and connect the iPad Pro to RC with a lightning cable?

Do I make sense here?

I think it's unlikely, but at this point anything is worth a shot. I don't have an adapter like that, but it'd be great if someone who has one wants to give it a try. Otherwise, I guess we could order one from Amazon and return it if it doesn't work.

Same issue here, inspire1 RC won’t connect to shiny new iPad Pro 3rd gen 11” and to top it off, it won’t connect to the iPhone 13 pro either

considering the lightning connector on my iPad Pro 10.5” is shot, I have no vision and telemetry to fly with. I am, for the most part, grounded.

I suspect the issue may be a protocol one because of the new M1 cpu this iPad is sporting.

that, and the USB port, is the only thing that’s changed, and since the iPad registers the connection to the rc (ping sound when rc turned on) it’s more likely an issue with the cpu.
