Hey Cat Eyes,
I did not say because it was not flight related so it didn’t come to mind. I went to work at the V.A. as a Boiler Operator doing 7 day rotation and shortly after we went to rotating 12s because of the hiring freeze from the Election. It is a ***** to work noon till midnight for 5 days , off a day, try and sleep then work midnight till noon... you don’t even have time to play with yourself. In that time two coworkers got divorced and one shot himself, then his Neighbor a Woman checked out and I’ll be dammed if I didn’t work with her at my last job. I am now retired unless I can get paid to fly! life is just to dam short.

Wow, that's tragic. Congratulations on the retirement and hopefully you can make some cash flying. I hope to retire in the next 2 yrs and in the mean time, get some flight time under my belt for "experience" purposes.
