moving from a p2v+ want the reliability of the light bridge, my use is mainly sports filming triathlons bike rides and hasing my friend rc planes just for fun, but see somany i names and prices that dont want to get the first inspire that came to sale they are called inspire 1,1b,t600 v2.1 wich iis the lates version plus the pro version wich is out of my wallet range and price wise the start at 2499, 2699, 3000, 3300,all i want it is to come with the dji case

The advantage of both of these choices is they allow you to purchase two TB48 5700mAh extra batteries at 199.00 each and stay below your 3000 budget. You would have three batteries, the TB47 which is 4500mAh and two TB48 5700mAh.
Your last choice I see from what you've described as criteria is this: DJI Inspire 1 v2.0 Quadcopter with 4K Camera and CP.BX.000103
This is the Inspire 1 Version 2. Basically a PRO without the micro four thirds X5 camera. Before I extol the virtues of the improvements made the biggest advantage of this version is that it grants you the opportunity to upgrade to the X5 camera when your budget allows. The differences over the prior models are the following, more powerful motors, more advanced prop attachments, landing gear extensions(for future camera clearance), A larger and more stable gimble (designed for the X5 but included for use with the X3), more powerful transmitter in the remote control (model # ends in C), and if provided as promised a more powerful transmitter in the aircraft (the FCC ID will end in 1510) I include the language "if as promised" as DJI has had what seems to be a manufacturing issue as it has been found that there are some V2 and PROs that were manufactured with the less powerful transmitter of the prior model. Whether DJI will make good remains to be seen however B&H has been beyond reproach in the handling of such situations so I wouldn't let it influence your decision on which model to purchase.
The only other request you mentioned was the inclusion of a case and every Inspire 1 includes a quite capable case. I would buy more aircraft before I considered an upgrade of the case. I own a GOPRO landing mode case and use the factory case with plans to sell the GOPRO as its just too dam heavy. I'll add that although you were clear on budget if the PRO is at all a possibility go for it you won't regret it. Good luck and enjoy your new purchase as you really cant go wrong with any of them especially from B&H.
