LItchi waypoints

I have been trying out the Litchi app over the last week or so with reasonable results.
How can I contact the developers as I have a number of questions?
The most pressing one is how to smooth out a flight comprising several waypoints.
Currently I have the mission set to 'Custom' and 'Straight Lines'. I need to have 'Straight Lines' to allow a hold of a few seconds at the start of the mission.
I cannot find a way of eliminating the hold at each waypoint. There is nothing set at each waypoint by way of a default setting.

Can you just not set interpolate for everything after waypoint 1? So in other words, set up everything after 2 to 3 and 3 to 4 etc as interpolate which will smooth the flight and have the wait at each waypoint as zero?
