I tried to do the 1.6 firmware update and failed miserably. The ship makes the annoying single beep and I have errors - one of them being the "MC Connection to the Center Board Failed". I've read the thread on here on how to fix it ( "MC Connection to Center Board Failed" - Solved & Prevention ).
Although this gave me hope it wasn't dead, I was unable to correct the problem and I have ended up worse off. I tried to go back to the 1.4 update but I was unsuccessful at that too. To add to the problem I did this back in February and I am now unsure what firmware I am running. BLAH
My question is: What is the best guaranteed way to update the ship to the most recent 1.9 update. Should I start from scratch? Or can I jump in at a later point? Should I even do the most recent update?
