Negative Image capture when zoomed in with 14-42mm

At 14 it will capture, but very slowly. At any other zoom rate past that it simply will not capture at all. In fact the screen freezes and then the lens eventually resets to 14mm and the screen becomes live again.

I had this issue before and as soon as I plugged in DJI Assistant app it started to act right again. That is not the case this time however and I'm out of ideas.

I have tried;

• Battery swap
• Full restart/partial restart (with and without camera)
• Remove and re-attach the camera
• Calibrations (IMU, Compass, Camera)
• Firmware updates, multiple times...

Any thoughts are more than welcome. I am pursuing every possibility that I can at the moment. This bird dictates my paychecks at the moment, so I need it to work...
