Nice! Hopefully there are no surprisesNew Inspire 2 Firmware Released (12/9/2021)
Haha! Oh man, that's a good one. Without question they have crippled and restricted more things. There are probably many more superfluous warnings about all kinds of nonsense. The power limiting and battery life algorithm has probably been locked down tighter. And best of all, it's guaranteed the roll axis errors are not fixed. They know everyone hates that and just use it as the biggest possible carrot to lure the suckers into updating- because otherwise no one would. Not if you know DJI. Never forget: the roll errors were already 'fixed' in .500 .... LOLNice! Hopefully there are no surprises
100% agree. There’s no way I’m going to upgrade until they have figured out how to downgrade back from it.Haha! Oh man, that's a good one. Believe me, I wish we could look forward to and simply be excited about these updates but the heavy hand of time (and DJI) has absolutely proven otherwise.
Any link to what this update supposedly fixes?I updated. So far no problems. Going to test the gimbal roll issue. In the past it happened randomly. Any suggestions on how to force that issue for an effective test?
In the release notesI don’t see any new firmware on DJI download site where are people seeing this?

I assume the date was a typo... is reads 2022.12.09 or are they "predicting" they will fix it in a years time and we should wait?
NO THANKSNew Inspire 2 Firmware Released (12/9/2021)
It’s just a typo. Can’t expect DJI rollouts to go off with out some kind of little issue. Frankly I’m just happy it’s in English and I can understand it.I assume the date was a typo... is reads 2022.12.09 or are they "predicting" they will fix it in a years time and we should wait?
It should be cracked relatively quickly. In the release notes: "Once firmware has been updated, it cannot be reverted to an earlier version."
I won't be updating.
