New to Inspire 2 and CineSSD

Hi Everyone
Just got a secondhand inspire 2 , after following all instructions and inserting CineSSD into the Inspire it is not recognised.
Tried another ..same result.
Do I need to register it for the Inspire to recognise the CineSSD??
