New 'used' Inspire 2 owner Need help. Update.

I updated controler, no request to register. I attempt to update Aircraft fimware via PC "with craft button down. Sign in attempt to update firmware. When spinning wheel o death stops-- it says "Cannot Load Firmware List" I have disconnected- retried... Do I hit only visible option "RESTORE FACTORY DEFAULTS" ?

Preowned equip. Unflown by me.
