Just thought I'd share this: when shooting video with LOG color and importing the files into Premiere, you can get pretty decent color correction just by using the Fast Color Corrector effect and tweaking these settings to somewhere around the values below:
Saturation (120), 160, 180
Input black (30.22)
Input grey (0.89)
Input white 180, 230, 220, (248.11)
(Bracketed) values are recommended by another poster and work well for a starting point. Other values are ones I've used depending on the clip.
