I have the cendence controller with patch antenna and I have had signal problems on my I2 for a while now. I though it was a radio antenna problem. I actually fly my P4P most of the time but going to start using my I2 for agg scouting. I did a test today and my signal has complete dropout going forwards out over a field with no interference at about 1000 feet. I turned around and flew backwards to I think 3600 feet, no signal loss. I then came on back in because it was cold and my batter was getting low so did not want to take any chances. It seems apparent to me that the problem is with the rear antennas. Can anyone recommend an order of trouble shooting? It seems like the only only option would be wire damage or bad connection on the bird itself. Thanks for any advice on this.
Signal cuts out quick flying forward but no problem flying backwards. Where on I2 should I start troubleshooting?
