No, I usually do range test over the sea...there is absolutely no-one, and if the Inspire or the other I own fall in the water, who cares...

Enac doesn’t care about people flying over cities, if you take a look at the TV programs here in Italy, 90% of the News reports, or reality programs, commercials, music video are shot with drones. I would like to take a look at the permits that enac should release to shoot...nobody has...so, I don’t think they are interested in my drone flying over the sea far 6.7 km...
