I'm having problems with the slave controller not connecting to my phone. I've tried other phones and lightning cables, but none of them work (they all work just fine on the master).
The strange thing is, I can plug my Mophie case into the controller using a micro usb cable and it will charge my Mophie case no problem.
I bought it used from Ebay and just got the drone in the mail today. I asked the previous owner if he knew anything about the problem and he told me he never used the slave controller.
I suspect it has something to do with out of date firmware on the slave controller (the firmware on the app when connected to the master says up to date). I've attempted to load the firmware with a flash drive, but no sucess. I also called DJI and they told me to try resetting the controller, but that didn't work either!
