Slave remote working gimbal then not working

When the aircraft is on the ground the gimbal controls can be operated by the slave, when the aircraft takes off and the landing gear raises the control is omitted & the camera / video function is not usable. When we reverted back to master the controls for the aircraft were OK but the camera / video function was unusable. Tried deleting and restarting asking permission etc etc No added value in it. The slave control never had 100% all the time only the master.

Have you tried switching the master and slave remotes to see if it makes a difference? Make the master the slave and the slave the master?
