I recently purchased an Inspire 2 w/ X5S. When reviewing the Intelligent Flight Modes, Tapfly is grayed out, with the message "not compatible with this device". I have tried with both a Crystalsky and a Samsung Note8. Does Tapfly only work with IOS devices? Thanks in advance!
So with 82 views and no replies, I'm guessing I'm not the only one who has noticed this issue. The answer I got from DJI, regarding the 5" Crystal Sky, is that Tap Fly, for the Inspire 2, doesn't work on the 5" Crystal Sky.
