TB50 12 pins connector: model number?

I received the Inspire2 remote chargher cable, i tried to use it with inverting the direction, so: to the RC power port i connected 25V, but the battery it doesn't charge it...if i use with normal direction/condition, i get 25v from the RC power socket

Yep, that's the way it works ... I had a success powering Inspire 2 camera with 6S standard LiPo battery, bypassing the socket and telemetry circuit, but without getting inside of Ronin you'll need this battery connector anyway...

So the only way to power it is to open it adding 2 wires bypassing the main circuit

Probably, but I don't know for sure ... Perhaps using this female socket from TB50 battery will allow to deliver power from LiPo directly without surgery inside, but the system will issue some warnings having no telemetry data from smart circuitry.

i don't have telemetry on the R2 but just the voltage..anyway, i think is not enough to connect a female socket with voltage.
