Timelapse / Hyperlapse

Planning to do a timelapse / hyperlapse shoot on Friday, I will be using my Inspire 1 w/ the x3 camera. I was wondering if anyone had any tips or tricks? I am mainly worried about the stability for post production. I was wondering if something like setting the camera to free mode would help with that or even using a intelligent mode and picking a building or something as my center point?

Turn on the center point or grid + diagonals. Doing a hyperlapse with video turns out better for me than photos taken at intervals, though the file size of the video tends to be larger. Make sure your card is empty and freshly formatted so you don't run out of room after 15 min of recording.

Thank you, I am going to do it with video for sure because it's a bit easier. Plan was to shoot 4k max FPS (think it's 30?). I will do a grid / centerpoint for sure, do you think a intelligent mode or something would also help?

Shooting at 24fps will create a smaller file and later you'll have to deal with less frames in the post processing.

So your suggesting I shoot in 24 frames?

In my case it works well because I'm speeding up the footage more than twice and even 24fps is more than enough.
