Those are not "true" GPS trackers. They depend on a network of other TrackR units and users to locate your lost item and it has to be within 100 feet of another TrackR user.

oh really i didn't notice it HAD to have others. I figured it worked as GPS too and if others are around it it would message u auto... Oh well at least they are getting smaller. but im sure DJI will have some sort of GPS finder if bird goes down soon... like i know u can look on the map if it goes down and it s line should tell u where it is but if u lost contact fully then u need external ...

i think size does not matter when it comes to a GPS tracker, but its how good and accurate the device is.

I have the genuine Xexun TK102-2 GPS GSM tracker (not Chinese copy) and works very fine. 1-3 meter accurate

Ummm trackimo's 3g gps tracker is small and lightweight I had it since last month and it works fine for me.
