There is an update for the hub but I cant get my computer to connect. The lights on the hub blink but when I click "check version", it says "device disconnected".
There is an update for the hub but I cant get my computer to connect. The lights on the hub blink but when I click "check version", it says "device disconnected".
When I click check version the program displays my software version and indicates that an upgrade is available. When I click the update button, it says failed, unplug USB and retry.
Not sure what else to try.
I know this is an old thread, but I was just having this issue. I discovered that the cables I was trying were charging-only cables. I eventually found a cable that was a real USB cable with data channels. Kind of annoying.
