Video streaming platform advice needed

I would like to stream video to a small audience of no more than 10 people. I do not need a lot of bells and whistles, just a video stream from the bird to a service that would let people watch on their phones. The use case is streaming wildland fires to a fire department to improve safety, access and egress etc. Youtube viewer requirements for live streaming makes this platform out of reach. I could afford a small budget for a pay service.

Any help?

You do not say what aircraft.
Try searching 'streaming' this has been covered on lots of threads
DJI Go app has had streaming capability for a few years now!
