Videostream on ipad dont work

Hello Pilots,

Who can help me with this problem ?
When the Ipad is in Photo mode it shows me green lines, but wen it goes to video mode i get white lines.
It does the same outside and inside.

What could be the problem ?

Try to reboot everything first.
Then you might want to try to toggle the Hardware decoding setting.

That's a Mini 3, right?

It is the Mini 3 yes. How i do that ?
