Weird auto gimbal calibration via App: gimbal defect ?

Hello,

just got my replacement gimbal from DJI. Here's a short video of the weird auto gimbal calibration process:

I think there must be something wrong with the gimbal ? Newest firmware is installed, IMU and compass calibration have been done. Time for another replacement ?

Any suggestions ?
