Why … Inspire 3 RC Plus and the same RC Plus with my Matrice 30T

I know the RC Plus from my Matrice 30T is Enterprise but same RC, it would be nice to used both RC with Inspire 3 and M30T

Looking at all the numbers (fcc, etc) on the back of both units they are exactly the same.

Officially DJI says they are not interchangeable, but has anyone tried flashing the firmware of one system to the other?

The Matrice RC Plus controller is waterproof (IP54 rated). The Inspire 3 RC Plus is not. They should work with the correct firmware.
