wifi or 3g connection

Hi I have a question, when I'm flying the inspire I can have the wifi or 3g connected? Or whenever the cell I have to put in plane mode thanks

Best to put it in aeroplane mode. The less interference on 2.4GHz the better.

But what if you have 3g or lte on your tablet to use updated maps, any risk of interference with the tx?
