Have 2 Z3 cameras.
While doing some battery / saddle battery Hover tests...
Playing with the Z3 and noticed it will not Yaw rotate... Pitch works normal.
When powering up, the Z3 does a full turn & spin calibration.
But via RC no rotate yaw using the spin wheel.
When holding Inspire by hand, moving, and turning, the Z3 will yaw Left or Right
When flying, the Z3 will Yaw to left or right when rotating Inspire.
Installed 2nd Z3:
Removed Z3 and installed the 2nd Z3. All controls function correctly including RC control to Yaw the Z3 to Left & Right. The 2nd Z3 works fully normal on same Inspire and same RC.
Assumptions: if gimbal full turns during power-up calibration, and gimbal leads Camera into turn or rotate, and the Z3 camera tuns if you hand move or turn Inspire during flight.
Does this indicate more of a IC circuit board within the Z3.
Is there a common failure point to examine: loose ribbon cable, bad IC board, etc.
Any suggestions, I’m receptive and looking for a repair to perform.
